1. Membership Agreement

XL Soccer iQ is a membership-based player development facility dedicated to providing technology-assisted soccer training, cognitive development, technical instruction, performance assessments, and individualized player development programs.

Enrollment grants access to the membership selected during registration and is subject to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Recurring Membership Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize XL Soccer iQ to automatically charge the payment method on file for your selected membership plan on a recurring basis.

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information throughout your membership.

3. Three-Month Commitment

All memberships require a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months beginning on the enrollment date.

Memberships may not be canceled during this initial commitment period except where required by applicable law.

Following the initial commitment, memberships automatically continue on a month-to-month basis until written cancellation is received.

4. Billing & Cancellation Policy

Membership fees are billed automatically according to your selected billing cycle.

After the initial three-month commitment, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.

Unused sessions, missed appointments, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or early cancellations do not qualify for refunds or credits.

5. Scheduling & Attendance

Training sessions are subject to availability.

Members are responsible for scheduling their own sessions through the XL Soccer iQ booking platform.

Repeated no-shows or failure to cancel scheduled sessions may result in forfeited sessions or temporary scheduling restrictions.

6. Assumption of Risk

The participant understands that participation in soccer training, athletic conditioning, cognitive training, reaction training, agility exercises, strength activities, speed development, use of soccer technology, and all related activities involves inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken by XL Soccer iQ.

These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Muscle strains

• Sprains

• Ligament injuries

• Tendon injuries

• Fractures

• Concussions

• Head injuries

• Falls

• Collisions with equipment

• Collisions with other participants

• Heat-related illness

• Cardiac events

• Overexertion

• Permanent disability

• Death

The participant and/or parent or legal guardian voluntarily accepts and assumes all inherent risks associated with participation.

7. Medical Representation

The participant, or parent/legal guardian, represents that the participant is physically capable of safely participating in all training activities.

The participant agrees to immediately notify XL Soccer iQ of any:

• Injury

• Illness

• Medical condition

• Physical limitation

• Allergy

• Medication

• Surgery

• Restriction imposed by a physician

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may increase the risk of injury.

8. Emergency Medical Authorization

If emergency medical treatment becomes necessary and a parent, legal guardian, or emergency contact cannot be reached, XL Soccer iQ staff are authorized to obtain emergency medical treatment they reasonably believe is necessary.

The participant and/or parent assumes full responsibility for all medical expenses incurred.

9. Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the participant and/or parent or legal guardian releases, waives, and agrees to hold harmless XL Soccer iQ, its owners, directors, officers, employees, coaches, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, landlords, sponsors, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from participation in XL Soccer iQ activities or use of its facilities, except to the extent caused by gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.

This release applies to injuries arising from ordinary negligence and the inherent risks of athletic participation where permitted by law.

10. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Follow all coaching instructions.

• Use equipment only as instructed.

• Demonstrate sportsmanship.

• Respect coaches, staff, and fellow participants.

• Maintain safe behavior.

• Report damaged equipment immediately.

• Wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear.

XL Soccer iQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate conduct.

11. Photography & Media Release

Unless a written opt-out request is submitted before participation, XL Soccer iQ may photograph or record training sessions and use photographs, video, audio recordings, likenesses, or testimonials for educational, promotional, advertising, website, print, and social media purposes without additional compensation.

12. Player Development

XL Soccer iQ provides coaching, assessments, performance metrics, technology-assisted training, and individualized player development plans.

While every effort is made to maximize player development, no guarantee is made regarding athletic improvement, team selection, college recruitment, scholarships, professional opportunities, or specific performance outcomes.

Progress depends on numerous factors including attendance, effort, coachability, outside practice, physical maturity, health, and individual commitment.

13. Facility Policies

To ensure a safe and productive environment:

• No food or drinks on the turf other than water.

• Appropriate athletic footwear is required.

• Parents and guests must remain in designated viewing areas unless authorized.

• Equipment may only be used under staff supervision.

• Participants must follow all facility safety procedures.

14. Privacy & Data

The participant acknowledges that XL Soccer iQ may collect training performance data, assessment results, attendance records, video recordings, and other player development information for coaching, reporting, AI-assisted analysis, and business operations.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third parties.

15. Policy Changes

XL Soccer iQ reserves the right to modify memberships, schedules, pricing, operating procedures, and these Terms & Conditions as necessary.

Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided.

Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
