Liability Waiver

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I recognize and accept that soccer involves intense physical contact and carries certain dangers, such as severe harm, long-term disability, or even fatal accidents. I freely choose to undertake every risk linked to these drills, matches, and my presence within the XL Soccer iQ facility.

2. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I waive and release XL Soccer iQ, including its owners, employees, and agents, from any liability, claims, or lawsuits arising from my participation or presence at the facility. This discharge includes negligence claims and covers all personal injuries or property damage sustained while on the organization's premises.

3. MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

Should a medical crisis arise, I permit the team at XL Soccer iQ to arrange for any necessary clinical care for myself or my child. I acknowledge full liability for all expenses related to health services and emergency transport.

4. PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I authorize XL Soccer iQ to utilize captured images and video footage from all activities for advertising, covering online platforms, official sites, and press assets, without any future payment or prior approval requirements.
